All services are subject to availability, site conditions, material availability, and written agreement.

2. Estimates & Pricing

All estimates are non-binding unless stated otherwise in writing.

Pricing is based on information available at the time of inspection or inquiry.

Final pricing may change due to:

Site conditions

Scope changes

Material costs

Unforeseen structural or substrate issues

Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

3. Scheduling & Delays

Project timelines are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Weather conditions

Material shortages

Acts of God

Client changes or delays

Third-party vendors or inspections

4. Payments

Payment terms will be outlined in your written proposal or invoice.

Deposits may be required prior to scheduling.

Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

Late payments may be subject to fees or service suspension.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate information

Ensure job site access

Remove personal items from work areas

Disclose known issues (moisture, structural damage, prior coatings, etc.)

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays or additional costs.

6. Warranties & Limitations

Any workmanship or product warranties will be outlined in writing.

We do not guarantee results where conditions fall outside manufacturer or industry standards.

Normal wear, misuse, moisture intrusion, or structural movement are not covered unless expressly stated.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, images, designs, and branding are the property of Roberts Legacy Builders LLC and may not be copied or used without written permission.
